All you need is:
- cardboard
- thread & needle (or glu)
- crepe paper
And patience! :)
Cut out the heart shape from the cardboard (I used a clean pizzabox). Cut the crepe paper into small squares, fold them into flower-like shapes and simply sew them onto the cardboard. It will take some time but the result is really pretty and will only cost you 2 euro!
